RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
At Baobabgifts.com we understand that items may be damaged in shipment or during the packing process from the supplier. If you have placed an order and received merchandise that is unacceptable, please contact our customer care staff at 1-866-699-9289 and we will assist you in either replacing the products or issuing you a credit.
Refunds will be made providing the article is returned in the original packing within 7 (seven) days of receipt.
